    The application is then reviewed by the department and a personal interview is arranged by our HR department.
    During the first interview, a feeling for each other is developed, organizational matters are clarified and the open position is discussed in detail.

    Then the contract documents are prepared from the application documents and sent for signature.
    Before your first working day, you will receive all the important documents and the onboarding plan.
