The beginnings in Braunschweig
Clavey Industrie Service GmbH was founded in Braunschweig in 1984 as the first company in the group.
Back then, we started out as a technical service provider in the field of maintenance, inspection and repair in the automotive industry.

From lubrication to fluid management: a visionary development
In the years that followed, we underwent an impressive development together with our industrial customers.
It all began with a simple order: the regular lubrication of machines and systems – a service that we have always provided with the highest level of commitment.

Inventory and documentation: optimization potential discovered
However, our goal was far more ambitious, as we recognized that there was considerable potential for optimization here.
Our vision “From oil can to fluid management” remained our guiding star, and we acted accordingly.

Valuable insights for efficient maintenance cycles
Instead of limiting ourselves to simply refilling oil, we began to take an inventory of our customers’ entire system landscape and carefully document the consumption of each individual machine.

Customer partnership: working together to optimize production systems
The data we collected provided us with valuable insights into which systems were particularly maintenance-intensive and which maintenance cycles could be designed most efficiently.
Working closely with our customers, we showed how their production facilities could be optimized and availability increased.

Basis for expanded technical services
These valuable findings formed the basis for a targeted expansion of our technical services.
