It adapts seamlessly to the geometry and surface of the components, creates a sealed system and enables the gripping force to be transferred precisely to the entire surface of the object.
As a result, even complex or changing geometries are lifted gently, which significantly increases the efficiency and reliability of production systems.

A current example of the effectiveness of the formhand gripper cushion is the successful integration into a handler for windshields.
By using the shaped hand gripper, it was possible to compensate for structural tolerances and significantly increase system availability without changing the programming or parameterization of the robot.
